This year we're holding the last YAPC::Asia Tokyo, which will be the culmination of the last 10 years.
In this talk I will explain what we have done, what we were aiming for, what sort of services we used to prepare and execute a conference of this size with mere 12 people on board.
Since this is going to be the last conference that we will be holding for the foreseeable future, I would like to welcome anybody who is even remotely interested in organizing large scale geeky events, and pass down the experience and knowledge that I have gained by being a part of growing YAPC::Asia Tokyo from 200+ to 2000 attendees.
