Things to do in Orlando and surrounding area:
- - My family is planning to go to Disney {World|EPCOT|Animal Kingdom...} while I'm doing the nerd thing. If you (or your family) are interested in going along, please get in touch. Mark Allen (mallen)
- - This is pretty nuts. I'm a single dad and I'm bringing my 2 toddlers, so I'll need daycare during the day. If anyone has any leads for me (I already know about Bright Horizons and Kid's Nite Out and I'm looking into details), let me know! Gary Denslow
- - Last year after Orlando Perl Workshop, we went see: Kennedy Space Center (went into the Vehicle Assembly Building!) ; Epcot (beautiful) ; with some other people to corny Medieval Times ( http://www.medievaltimes.com/orlando.aspx). During the workshop we did a sports&games night at the WhirlyDome ( http://whirlydome.com/ ) and played WhirlyBall. We definitely will go to Kennedy Space center again, and maybe to Epcot.
